Join the Chamber as they present the next workshop in this dynamic series of talent acquisition programs, entitled Breakfast with Brylye. Sponsored by Profile Bank, these workshops will be presented by Brylye Collins of Rose Talent Consulting, who will lead us through these informative programs.
May 9, 2023 - Employee Engagement - this workshop will analyze employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provide tips and tools for fostering employee engagement.
May 19, 2023 - Leadership Basics - will provide new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.
These workshops will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 am, downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill located at 17 Farmington Road in Rochester. Breakfast is included.
The cost to attend is $25/person per workshop.
