Event Description:
Planning for life after graduation from school is challenging for anyone, but especially for individuals with disabilities and their families. The Transition Fair brings together organizations, speakers and resources on a variety of important topics such as work, transitional planning, and partnerships to help ease the planning for, and transition to adulthood.
The event will be held from 9-12 at the MSNE Regional High School & Vocational Center, at 13 Monarch Way, in Rochester, NH. Area school district representatives, community members, and all students with special needs and their families are invited to attend.
