The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present a Labor Laws for Business Breakfast Workshop on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 7:30 to 9:30 am, sponsored by Bernier Insurance.
Michele Small from the NH Department of Labor along with Steve McKinney from the US Department of Labor will provide information on labor law updates and how to stay violation free with the NH DOL, the laws surrounding Exemptions under the New Overtime Final Rule, and updates regarding the new Regular Rate Final Rule.
