The winner is responsible for administration fees and State Title fee and any other taxes or costs applicable to either the motorcycle or cash prize. The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will not be held liable for costs of this nature. Only one name may appear on the ticket. If individuals pool money for ticket purchase\, the winner whose name appears on the ticket will be responsible for disbursement and compliance with tax requirements.
