Event Description:
Everyone enjoys salsa and chips for a party. Now you can learn to make your own. You will learn tips on customizing your salsa by adding or removing ingredients. The night of class you will make a basic salsa with jalapeno pepper, onions, tomatoes, and spices. In order to make it in the allotted time, a few steps will be prepared ahead of class, so you can preserve a jar to take home. There will be several recipes for you to try at home as well. Please have small towel or 2 potholders for carrying home your jar. If you have long hair, please wear it up or wear a hat. Preregistration is required.
